Work Experience
Should have worke
d in the Accounts Department of a medium size organization with a total
experience of around 2-3 years.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely generation and preparation of Client invoices and sending across the same to clients
Periodically sending reminders to clients for overdue invoices
Ensure that all Sales and Receipts are correctly accounted in the Books of accounts.
Ensuring all FIRC's received from the Bank are correctly upated in our reports. List of FIRC's pending to
be received to be highlighted for further action.
Assisting the Manager and the team in all adhoc and periodic routine revenue report preparation
Preparation of data base for Softex and ensuring that the same is filed on a monthly basis with the STPI
authorities.
Providing details for all GST returns and refund filing.
Other Requirements
Should be enthusiastic with the right attitude and have:
Good communication skill
Good expertise knowledge in MS-Excel
Should be Enthusiastic, Responsive & Articulate
Should be committed to adherence of the various process norms and standards.
