1. INTERNAL
· Supports administration & operations by supervising staff, planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems & guidelines for the organization.
· Maintaining precise records for day-to-day transactions for accounts.
· Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and formulate ways to streamline processes.
· Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations
· Managing schedules and deadlines into your own vertical.
· Monitor inventory of office supplies and negotiate the purchase of new material with awareness of budgetary restrictions.
· Monitoring & managing costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
· Oversee facility services, timely and precise maintenance of the facilities (e.g. electricians/plumber/internet/carpenter, etc.)
· Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning, etc.)
· Ensuring smooth operations adhere to policies and regulations
· Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
· Maintaining records, preparing reports, corresponding & coordinating with all the verticals of all departments as well as distributors.
· Performing to the allied work as assigned by the management
· Keep accurate records in accounting for all daily transactions
· Process Invoices / E-way Bill /Taxation Reports / other data as & when required
· Update internal systems with financial data
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
· Participate in financial audits
· Track bank deposits and payments
· Assisting & preparing Financial Budget.
· Reviewing & Implementing Financial Policies
2. EXTERNAL
· Liaisoning with government departments & authorities as & when required
· Travelling for factory visits/training/business functions or any official work pertaining to your vertical in our organization.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
