Executive Assistant Key Responsibilities:

Provide essential administrative support to the executive team, helping ensure smooth operations
Manage calendars, scheduling, and communications for senior leadership
Stay ahead of daily tasks related to staff, resident care, and operational needs
Handle confidential legal, accounting, and assisted living documents with care and attention to detail

Assist with managing staff schedules, ensuring all operations run smoothly
Accounting experience

Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally in assisted living or healthcare settings
A background in legal, accounting, or paralegal work
Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
A detail-oriented and hands-on professional who can see tasks through from start to finish
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with staff, residents, and families
