Join our Banking Product and Treasury team, we're dedicated to creating lasting value for our communities, clients, and people. As an Executive Assistant in our Banking and Financial Services Group, you'll be an integral part of a supportive and collaborative team where your ideas and contributions will directly drive outcomes.

This is a 12-15 month contract.

What role will you play?

In this dynamic role you will support three Directors and their teams by managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel. Acting as a key resource for the business support team, you will be identifying and solving administrative challenges, and act as a key point of contact to your teams. Other aspects of your role will include ensuring a seamless experience for team members during onboarding and offboarding plus coordinating logistics for team events, meetings, and training. As a valued member of the business support team, you'll be working closely with other EA’s on joint initiatives.
