Job Description
• Undertake bank account and policy reconciliations on a daily basis, ensuring that outstanding items are at a minimum and being investigated & chased regularly for resolution.
• Meet defined SLAs/Targets
• Follow up proactively on outstanding items to ensure that the reconciliations are maintained in a best possible position
• Monthly reporting of outstanding items to the management teams
• Ensure all the MI reports are delivered within the agreed timescale
• Maintain and implement personal development plan in partnership with line manager
• Understand and adhere to Capita India policies and guidelines
• Provide the Process Leaders/Team Managers with any MI that may be required from time to time
• Ensure any potential issues are escalated to the supervisors on time
• Maintain and update relevant logs at all times
• Understand and contribute towards achieving own as well as departmental objectives
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data
• Schedule adherence in terms of attendance, breaks etc
• Maintain discipline and decorum on the operations floor
