Senior Financial Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Preparing and managing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts;
• Leading the finance team in implementing financial processes and procedures;
• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, regulators, and external auditors;
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations;
Responsibilities Include:
• Manage a team of accounting professionals to ensure accurate and timely completion of audits and other financial tasks.
• Review and approve financial transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance the loss and loan management systems in accordance with business needs.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring that all financial activities comply with the latest requirements.
• Coordinate with tax consultants to manage direct and indirect-tax audits, return filings, inquiries, and notices from tax authorities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting;
• At least 12 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years as a senior financial manager;
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and laws;
• Excellent leadership and communication skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
