Job Purpose
Financial and Profitability Analysis
Job Responsibilities
Profitability Analysis – COPA
1. Preparation and driving of business performance metrics and performance management for Categories. Driving discussions with category heads on performance management.
2. Preparation and analysis of product category/ business level gross margins, overheads and net margins and reporting of same through MIS to hierarchy.
3. Discussion with Business to identify profitability improvement opportunities and driving those tracks.
4. Additional analysis performed on need basis to identify business insights.
5. Automation / improvement of current profitability reporting processes and reducing timelines.
6. Dashboarding in BW/ Power BI for reporting purposes and working on providing insights to the Business.
7. Masters data check and its maintenance.
8. Working on requirements of new businesses for enabling profitability reporting.
+. Monitoring and reporting marketing spends at company/ category level basis defined logics.
10. Preparation business plans/ projections and undertaking competition analysis.
