Senior Accountant OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, preferably with experience in the property and real estate sector.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review monthly management accounts, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets for multiple properties.Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial statements, adhering to company accounting policies and procedures.Collaborate with finance managers and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.Prepare and review VAT returns for properties in compliance with local tax regulations.Requirements:Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.Intermediate Spanish proficiency (reading and writing) is essential, especially for the Spanish property.Strong understanding of accounting principles, P&L, Balance Sheets, and VAT returns.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
