Full job description
As a Group Leader you will play a vital role in guiding and mentoring students through transformative learning experiences. These programs, ranging from 3 to 12 days, take place across diverse environments and include a variety of adventure-based activities.

You will work closely with School staff to support the delivery of meaningful learning outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a holistic educational vision that values learning beyond the classroom.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are:

Experienced: At least 2 years in a similar role, ideally within a K–12 or educational setting.
Passionate: A strong advocate for experiential learning and outdoor education.
Supportive: Able to assist in the planning and delivery of programs and provide leadership on extended expeditions (5+ days).
Safety-Focused: Skilled in risk identification and management across various settings.
Emotionally Intelligent: Able to build strong, positive relationships with students and staff.
Professional: Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and a commitment to high standards.
