Lead Post Payment Audit Specialist

As a Lead Post Payment Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for spearheading and contributing to the development of product builds, marketing and sales pitches for post payment audit solutions and services.
This role focuses on identifying leakages in the source-to-pay cycle and accounts payable-related processes. Your key responsibilities will include supervising delivery for clients, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and refining existing service offerings, including delivery models, commercial models, and technology solutions.
You will also be expected to develop long-term relationships with clients, understanding their businesses to provide tailored insights, lead key components of projects, including strategy, planning, and execution, and manage teams across time zones to ensure adherence to quality and timeliness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail business, knowledge of accounting principles, and experience in managing senior client stakeholders and presenting key issues, opportunities, status updates. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills, validated influencer and communicator abilities, and high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
• MBA or equivalent qualification
• Graduate or post-graduate degree in a relevant field
• CA certification (optional)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Commercial acumen and project management capabilities
