We are currently seeking an exceptional Tax Lawyer to join our Brisbane office. As a member of our taxation group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including national, government, and global organizations.

Your responsibilities will include advising on tax and revenue matters, providing strategic tax advice on mergers and acquisitions, managing disputes with the ATO, and drafting tax-related agreements.

You will also have the opportunity to represent clients in appeals before various courts and support commercial transactions by ensuring tax-efficient structuring and compliance.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who has a minimum of 2 years PAE experience in tax law. You should have strong drafting skills, a genuine interest in tax law, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

In addition, you should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously as part of a collaborative team.
