What you’ll do
Oversee the delivery of hard and soft FM services including - mechanical, electrical, building maintenance, building infrastructure, asset management, fire prevention, and other engineered services and sustainability initiatives
Responsible for coaching, developing and leading a diverse team of technicians, facilities management professionals, operational team leaders and third party contractors.
Lead a team of 150-200 Proactive Services Team Members in trolleys and cleaning
End to end financial accountability for Facilities & Maintenance services in the designated group of stores.
Deliver agreed Facilities, Proactive Services & Maintenance Strategies to drive proactive, responsive and efficient services.
Accountable for a safe site for everyone, everyday by implementing and evaluating safe work practices, improving safety.
Undertake routine health checks to ensure compliance, safety and operational expectations are being met.
What you’ll bring
Previous experience in a similar Facilities Management role, managing hard and soft services
Previous experience managing across multiple sites and trade disciplines across geographically dispersed teams
Proven coaching and people leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop others.
Previous stakeholder management experience and ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to effectively communicate and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
