Job Title: Factory Accountant

Location: Mokhampura, Jaipur

Experience: 4-8 years in Manufacturing Plant and Exports

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Factory Accountant to join our team at our manufacturing plant in Mokhampura, Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a specific focus on the manufacturing industry and export operations. The Factory Accountant will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our production processes, tracking exports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

· Monitor production costs, analyze variances, and provide insights to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.

· Manage inventory accounting, valuation, and reconciliations to ensure accurate recording of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.

· Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, providing financial insights to support business decisions.

· Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets, ensure data accuracy, and prevent fraud.

· Collaborate with internal and external auditors during financial audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

· Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure accurate invoicing, payment, and timely delivery of goods.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales, to ensure accurate financial data exchange and support business objectives.

Qualifications:-
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are a plus.
• 4-8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance roles, preferably within a manufacturing environment with export operations.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles, export regulations, and international trade practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software tally and Microsoft Excel.
• · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and external partners.
• · Knowledge of taxation laws and regulations related to manufacturing and exports.
• · Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
