3. Trend Research and Analysis:

Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends, market developments, and consumer preferences.
Conduct trend research and analysis to anticipate future trends and incorporate them into design concepts.

4. Quality Assurance:

Oversee the production process to ensure the quality and integrity of the designs are maintained throughout.
Conduct fittings and make necessary adjustments to achieve the desired fit and silhouette.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and production to align design objectives with business goals.
Effectively communicate design concepts and requirements to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.

Qualifications:

- Education: A degree in fashion design or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory. Creativity and talent are valued above all.

- Skills:
