Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Senior Finance Executive to oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance, and support strategic financial planning. The ideal candidate will be experienced with Zoho Books and possess a solid understanding of Indian financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily accounting operations: accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
• Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings.
• Ensure timely and accurate employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing monthly MIS reports.
• Maintain financial records in Zoho Books, ensuring up-to-date and accurate data.
• Liaise with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
• Monitor cash flows, working capital requirements, and financial health indicators.
• Support cross-functional teams with financial insights and process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• CA Inter or MBA in Finance is a plus.
• 4–7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation and regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
