Position Summary:
The Finance Accountant (AP) will be responsible for the financial activities including: T&E Reimbursement Checking, AP, and inter-co transactions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Travel & Entertainment reimbursement checking (CONCUR)
• Interco AP invoice posting and reconciliation
• Vendor Bank Call Back checking
• Cash receipt/payment posting
• Regular vendor payment process.
• Any ad hoc tasks directed by line manager.
Knowledge, Skills & Experiences
• Good computer skills in spreadsheets and database (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access)
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication skill and team work spirit
• Good Chinese and Japanese in writing and reading will be a plus
• Skills with Microsoft Navision will be a plus
Job Requirements:
• College or University Degree of Finance and Accounting
• 3 to 6 years of the relevant working experiences in MultiNational Corporation
