The candidate will be part of the Corporate Finance function for the local India and USregulatory requirements and compliances for Sigmoid
There will be three main aspects of the role Local Accounting
bookkeeping
and ancillary work

Statutory compliancesPrimary Responsibilities Accounting
book keeping
and ancillary workOwnership of the companys books of accounts
including compliance with company policies and localstatutory laws and accounting standards
majorly India and US GAAP
Timely closure of books of accounts and periodic account reconciliations for US and India books
Payroll accounting including compliance to local statutes and partnering with HR for payroll processing
Prior experience in SEZ compliances and reporting will be an added advantage
Other work as per business requirement
MISAnnual
quarterly consolidated MIS for the India and US entity
Assist monthly
quarterly forecast
Support in any ad hoc analysis as may be required from time to time
