NOTE: This is a part-time Finance role. We’re looking for someone who can work on-site three days a week — Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. Timings can be flexible: 11 AM – 7 PM, 11 AM – 3 PM, or 3 PM – 7 PM. Stipend will be discussed based on the selected shift. Preferred candidate location: Between Andheri West and Dahisar. About the RoleWe are looking for skilled and motivated Finance and Accounting (Part-time). The candidate should have practical experience in invoicing, TDS filing, GST filing, and maintaining financial data in Excel. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the financial operations of a dynamic organisation. Key Responsibilities Invoicing: Prepare, review, and process invoices with accuracy and in a timely manner. TDS Filing: Handle Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) calculations, filing, and compliance. GST Filing: Prepare and file Goods and Services Tax (GST) returns, ensuring timely submission and adherence to compliance requirements. Accounts Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and resolving any billing issues. Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal review. Bookkeeping: Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and updating accounts. Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial forecasts.
