Finance, Taxation, bank and FOREX management
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Finance, Taxation, bank and FOREX management in Mumbai and Silvassa. He would be responsible for
• Preparing and Maintaining company Finance, Taxation, Audits
• Must have prepared and Maintained P&L and BS for Pvt limited firms.
• Bank and Cashflow management and Fund raising.
• Forex Management and hedging and managing Forex P&L
• Taxation Direct and indirect ( GST/ Income tax / FEMA )
• International Taxation knowledge for USA, DTAA, prefered.
• Manufacturing Costing and import export costing is a must.
• ERP installation and management.
• Factory Taxation and GST compliances.
• FEMA, RBI and bank regulations,
• IPO or PE fund management done would be added advantage.
• Legal and corporate law knowledge prefered.
• Company secretarial and MCA knowledge a must.
Qualifications & Experience.
• CA / ICWA / CFA
• FOREX and bank management Hedging prefered.
• Hands on experience of 5+ years in Pvt limited and manufacturing and Import export firm.
• Bank and Cashflow managements and Advances managed.
Minimum Experience in Finance and taxation of manufacturing firm handling.
• Juniors with 3-5 yrs. for middle management.
• Seniors with +10 yrs for Senior management.
