Role Description: -
We are looking for an ambitious Finance & Accounts Analyst to be a part of finance & billing high level & daily accounting tasks for internal & client-centric functions. You will be an integral part of a wider accounting team leading brilliant every day results, order and transparency on company finances.
Preparing financial statements, financial hygiene on client finances & internal finances, completing statutory obligations weekly, quarterly & yearly and astute reporting are some examples of key duties & role functions. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in either UK or India verse accounting principles for a minimum of 12 months, and is able to work comfortably with numbers, holds an amazing ability attention to detail.
Role Requisites: -
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have in depth experience in AR & AP, General Ledger, P&L Analysis, RtR & General Accounting
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
• Assist with other accounting projects
