We are looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities. Accounting Manager Responsibilities include establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. We are also looking for someone to work closely with our financial management team.
Responsibilities:
• Core Accounting experience with Bank and Vendor reconciliation knowledge, Stock ageing knowledge, Debtors and Creditors ageing, good experience in Cost Accounting especially in product based costing is a must and Cost Audit, Internal and Statutory Audit experience. Maintaining OPEX and CAPEX budgets, good knowledge and experience in complete legal and statutory compliances.
• Experience and good knowledge in Taxation, GST standards, Indian Accounting
Standards, Cost Accounting standards, International Finance and Reporting Standards,
Service Tax standards etc. Hands on knowledge and experience in ERP systems such as Tally ERP, Zoho ERP, SAP ERP etc. Should have know-how on filing taxes and other compliances timely
• Finalization of books of accounts including preparation of Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss
• Account, Schedules, Notes to Accounts, and Depreciation Charts as per Companies Act. Well versed with Strategic Finance domain experience such as Company Annual
• Budgeting (Operating Plan), Annual Cash flow Planning, P&L Statements, Inventory Management, COGS, Preparation of CAPEX & OPEX budgets, Preparing and maintaining monthly profitability statements, MIS Statement preparation, Product wise profitability, Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis etc.
