The candidate will be responsible for supporting various accounting functions, including invoicing and maintaining financial data on Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Invoicing: Prepare, review, and process invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients.
Data Management: Maintain and update financial records in Excel, ensuring data accuracy and proper organization.
Accounts Reconciliation: Assist in reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, and resolving any billing issues.
Financial Reporting: Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports for internal review.
Bookkeeping: Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and updating accounts.
Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial forecasts.
Skills Required:
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis, and reporting.
Experience with invoicing processes.
High attention to detail and ability to work with numbers accurately.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Educational Qualification:
Recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
