Finance Analyst

Responsibilities
• Manage and provide analytical skills into monthly reporting and accounting for month end journals
• Maintain and update accurate forecasting and identifying risks & opportunities
• Analyze large data and provide ad-hoc support and deep dives as required for business cases and special projects
• Support future Budgets and Business Plan assumptions
• Support various markets in supporting information and key drivers for profitability
• Lead presentation of Forecast and Budget with Global CX Controller
• Support the process improvement of the department leveraging new models and tools (e.g., Alteryx, iERP, RPA, Tableau)
• Provide financial support for the CX teams through development and studies of experiences
• Review data for alignment with the latest approved Budget and Forecast in monthly process and supporting spending freeze or control measures
• Lead accrual accounting and monthly spend trend analysis to support Customer Loyalty Programs (CLP) reserves
• Understand the Financial Manual and Accounting rules for reporting of Income Statement and Balance Sheet reserves
• Provide monthly trend analysis and when required deep dives into Customer Contact Centers spending
• Support MCRP, BCP and AFR processes
Qualifications
• Ability to interact with broad range of individuals at all levels of the company
• High energy, self-starter, with ability and desire to take responsibility and deliver results with minimal supervision with seeking guidance when appropriate
• Knowledge of basic accounting and financial concepts
• Experience and knowledge of complex business structure and capital assets
• Strong quantitative abilities, including statistical analysis and techniques
• Quick learner that can multi-task, change priorities quickly, and manage competing deadlines
• Require prior experience with PFx/Essbase or other multi-dimensional database software
• Experience in presenting complex concepts to management
• Experience of complex profit systems input and analysis
• Presence to deal directly with skill team leads
• A team player and bring your own self to the team
• Bachelor's degree or advanced finance degree
• 4 - 5 years of experience
• Prior financial analysis experience and automotive industry background would be a definite advantage
