YOUR ROLE

As a Finance Analyst, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial reporting and ensuring regulatory compliance at IAG.

In this role, you will support various finance teams, improve financial and regulatory reporting processes, and contribute to the strategic advancement of IAG’s future financial reporting.

This is a permanent role and can be based in all major cities in Australia.

ABOUT YOU

Proven experience in Financial or Management Accounting or Reporting
Prior experience within the insurance industry, financial services industry or Big 4 accounting firms
Familiarity with IFRS 17 and external reporting is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills, capable of supporting complex reporting requirements and contributing to process improvements.
Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work independently, and proficient in managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance are essential including professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CIMA
Demonstrate a moderate to high level of skill across a broad range of systems (SAP, TM1, MS Office)
Demonstrate your ability to share workloads with related teams and managers, showcasing adaptability and a team-first mindset.
