• *Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Finance and Accounting Associate, located in Bengaluru South. The role involves preparing and maintaining financial statements, recording journal entries, ensuring accuracy in accounting records, and assisting in financial and operational analysis. Additionally, the associate will work with accounting software to manage day-to-day operational tasks and contribute to the financial health of the organization.
• *Qualifications**
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and recording accurate Journal Entries
• Strong skills in Finance, Accounting, and familiarity with Accounting Software
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and provide actionable insights
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience in e-commerce or SaaS industries is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
