Job Title: Travel & expense associate – Travel and Expense (T&E)
Function: Finance
Reports to: Global Travel Manager
Sub Function: Finance Operations
Location: India
Job purpose:
As a member of the Global Travel and Expense Team, you will be part of a team responsible for performing day to day tasks within the Travel and Expense function. Handling global travel enquiries, assistance with travel bookings and documentation support relating to inbound and outbound VISA applications.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Assisting with India outbound business travel visa applications & documentation.
• Assisting with India inbound business travel visa applications & documentation.
• Travel booking assistance for employees globally.
• Assisting employees with various travel related queries, questions and issues.
• Assisting the global travel agency with any queries or issues.
• Travel reporting and policy compliance activities.
• Training & onboarding for new employees on travel & expense policies.
• Escalate issues where necessary to Finance Manager - Travel
• Adhoc project work as directed by Finance Manager - Travel
