• Position: CA - Finance Control - Female Only.
• CTC: 10L to 15L.
• CA Qualified Experience: 8 - 12 Yrs.
• Qualification: CA Qualified.
• Location: Andheri East, Mumbai.
• Age : 35.
• Brief Job Responsibilities:
- Liaised with various department for forecasting and budgeting
- Accountable for month-end processes, managing and driving reserve efficiency, revenue reporting, cost analyses, internal controls, sales process support, and staff development.
- Manage GST & Taxation for Group of companies
- Designed and implemented Internal Finance control systems to ensure smooth functioning of finance & accounting operations across organization
- Prepared financials statements of the company along with consolidated financial statements
- Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
- Implement and established an internal accounting system, which incorporated and managed over multiple companies.
- Coordinated with consultants for tax return filing, assessment, audit, and reply to show cause notice, appeal, rectification, new tax registration certificate and negotiating fees for it.
- Counselled clients on areas of business improvements and dealing with insolvency
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
