Oversee and manage the company’s accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Lead the preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with taxation laws, statutory requirements, and other relevant regulations.
• Manage investor relations and handle data related to investments, financial reports, and analysis.
• Lead the cost optimization initiatives to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and manage budgets, projections, and forecasts, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate and manage the audit process, ensuring smooth and compliant financial audits.
• Review and improve internal financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements:
• Certified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Expertise in end-to-end knowledge of accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Strong experience in budgeting, cost optimization, and financial projections.
• Deep understanding of investor data, investment analysis, and financial decision-making.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
