The opportunity is with a leading service based industry for Finance Controller role in Mumbai, India.
Selection Criteria
Education : CA
Experience : 12-16 yrs in Finance Control
Location : Mumbai
Required Skills
• Experience of handling Accounts, Finance, taxation and working capital management from any service/research industry/Sector.
Roles Responsibilities
• To manage and direct daily accounting and taxation activities; ensuring that proper accounting and recording of company transactions are performed in an accurate and timely manner; and producing financial and other key reports for management.
Financial Accounting
• Analyze new accounting standards and policies
• Financial / Statutory Reporting
• Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and review, maintain implement all internal controls accordingly
• Interpret the Company Act, Prepare and maintain documentation requires under the Act to ensure adherence to the Company Act
Taxation
• Provide guidelines on Tax norms
• Taxation Compliance, Planning Returns including compliance with all Indian Statutory and Tax requirements (both direct indirect)
Working Capital Management
• Set WC norms, monitor actual vs planned for payables and receivables
