We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented *Finance Controller* (Qualified CA)
Location:-Kolkata – Salt Lake, Sector V
Department: Finance & Accounts
Salary- 20 LPA-25LPA
Key Responsibilities-
*Financial Planning & Budgeting
* Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
* Monitor budget utilization and provide variance analysis
* Support project teams with cost estimation and financial feasibility
*Financial Reporting
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Present financial reports to senior management
* Ensure accurate and compliant accounting records
*Cost Control & Project Finance
* Monitor project-wise costs, billing, and profitability
* Implement cost control measures across departments
* Support financial approvals aligned with budgets
*Accounts & Compliance
* Manage AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger
* Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.
* Coordinate audits and ensure timely closure
*Treasury & Cash Flow Management
* Manage cash flow and working capital
* Handle banking operations and financial relationships
* Prepare fund flow statements
*Internal Controls & Team Management
* Strengthen internal financial controls and processes
* Implement SOPs and improve efficiency
* Lead and mentor the finance team
Eligibility Criteria-
* Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory
* 8–15 years of relevant experience
* Experience in EPC, Infrastructure, or Manufacturing preferred
* Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance
