Rean is expanding its team and inviting passionate & growth-orientated professionals for the position of Finance Controller Manager at our Kolkata office.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing and administrating the organizations financial health to produce financial reports, managing statutory compliance and audits to develop strategies and plans for the long term financial goals of the company.
Finalization of books of accounts and draw Balance sheet, Profit & Loss Accounts and Cash Flow, reporting and analysis.
Managing daily accounting and financial operation.
Coordination with Bankers & Financial Institutes for raising fund.
Ensuring and arranged timely submission of all documentations required by the bankers and financial institutions for term loans, secured and unsecured loans, such as CMA data, DP statement, and arrangement of CA certified Stock and debtors statement etc.
Ensuring timely fulfilled and regularized statutory Compliances including payments and returns, full control on over GST, TDS and Income Tax (both Individual &corporate).
Responsible for handling internal & external audit and implementation of internal checks.
Qualification:
CA / MBA Finance from premier institute
Experience:
10+ years experience as:
Investment Banker / Analyst or
Private Equity/VC Funds Analyst

Salary: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
