Finance Controller-NBFC
- Implement Financial controls, define financial procedures and processes.
- Review budgets, cash flow, financial and management accounts. Financial reporting, financial analysis, finalization of Annual Books of Accounts and Balance Sheet.
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements. Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts.
- Review monthly results, variance reporting as compared to budget.
- Manage cash flow process including generating cash flow forecast reports.
- Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash etc.
- Responsible for Direct Tax and GST Framework tax compliance, reporting, returns and liason with Tax authorities.
- Responsible for RBI reporting , inspections and liaisoning. Must be a qualified CA with experience in NBFC.
