• Qualification: Certified Accountant (CA)
• Must Have Skills:
• Strategy Planning and Cost Control: Develop and implement financial control systems and processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data.
• Team Handling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• ERP System Exposure: Utilize experience with any Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline financial processes.
• Excellent Communication: Prepare and present financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
• Financial Reporting: Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct financial risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary financial documentation and explanations.
