Finance Director - Bangalore (IT Services | Up to 50LPA)
We’re partnering with a fast-growing multinational in the IT space that’s looking for a commercially savvy Finance Director to lead business partnering, reporting, and compliance efforts across its India operations. This is an opportunity to drive financial strategy while managing a high-performing team and influencing regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership, offering strategic insights and actionable recommendations to support business decisions
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting including P&L, balance sheet reviews, and variance analysis against budgets and forecasts
• Oversee financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across business units
• Drive the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate recognition of accruals, provisions, and revenue
• Present key financial insights to senior leadership, highlighting business risks and growth opportunities
• Enhance financial processes, systems, and tools for better reporting and forecasting
• Manage a team of staff across the Finance function
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, IT, and Group Finance teams to ensure compliance and SOP alignment
Key Requirements
• Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of experience, including at least 5 years in people management
• Strong background in business finance or financial planning & analysis
• Industry experience in IT/Technology/Services is crucial
• Hands-on expertise with SAP for reporting and modelling
• Deep knowledge of Indian tax and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across time zones
• Proven leadership, team-building, and mentoring capability
