• Review of Accounting Work related to Bank entries, Cash Voucher entries, GST Invoices entries and Sales entries in the books of Account,
• Review of Reconciliation work related to Banks, vendor and inter branch in books of account,
• GST related working like data preparation for GSTR-1, GSTR-3B for filing on time and GSTR-2B Reconciliation with the books of Account,
• Taking responsibility for the planning and execution of financial duties and projects of a company.
• TDS related working like calculation must be correct and Payment on time and TDS reimbursement work related to Portal and NBFC.
• Must ensure the payment to vendor done on time After accounting and vouching of the bills on time,
• Make ensure the payment related to Provident fund, ESI, Professional Tax and GST on time,
• Tax Assessments & Returns

• Maintaining of Books/Files/Documentation related to compliance of the company,
• Issuing of Cheque to the party after getting approval of the Management,
• Documentation and coordination related to Banks,
• Preparation of vendor Agreements, ROC Documents and Board resolution,
• Preparing financial statements, reports, and forecasts for the business to ensure financial stability.
• Preparation of MIS report related to the Expenses incurred on monthly basis,
• Drafting budgets, income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports required by regulatory authorities.
• Arrangement of Documentation related to the Quarterly Audit and assisting the Auditor in Audit,
• Providing training to New Joiner, Intern and staff members regarding financial processes,
• Control and protect the assets in the interest of the organization.
• Main responsibility would be to assist the manager to obtain financial data from several sources such as expenses incurred in the month, day, etc.
• In case of providing the reports to the financial manager; he will have to ensure to meet deadlines through the staff.
• Other company related works.

Qualification:
• BBA/BBM/BSC/B. Com/M. Com/MBA, Min above 60% in 10th, 12th and Graduate.
• Very Good vocabulary in English and Hindi.
• Microsoft Excel, MS Office (Very Good hold on excel usage).
• Experience of 1-4 years’ experience in Finance Field.
Renumeration Expected
• 3 LPA – 5 LPA
