Job Title: Finance Executive Accounts Receivable

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive with experience in the
manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer invoicing,
collections, ledger reconciliation, and credit control. Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory for
effective coordination with local customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable Management
• Raising customer invoices as per dispatch/PO terms
• Ensuring accurate billing with GST compliance, TCS compliance
• Recording receipts and allocating payments correctly
• Monitoring customer outstanding balances
• Preparing AR ageing reports & assist in cash flow preparation
Collection & Follow-ups
• Regular follow-up with customers for outstanding payments
• Coordinating with sales and dispatch teams
• Maintaining collection tracker
• Handling debit/credit notes
Reconciliation
• Customer ledger reconciliation
• Resolving billing disputes
• Balance confirmation with customers
• Inter-company reconciliation (if applicable)
Compliance & Reporting
• GST reconciliation related to sales
• TDS reconciliation (if applicable)
• Supporting statutory audit & internal audit
• Maintaining proper documentation
Credit Control
• Monitoring customer credit limits
• Evaluating credit risk
• Ensuring adherence to payment terms
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred)
• 35 years of experience in manufacturing industry (mandatory)
• 25 years of experience in Accounts Receivable (Manufacturing preferred)
• Strong understanding of GST and billing processes
• Experience of MS Excel
• Experience in ERP systems (Zoho/ Tally)
• Kannada language proficiency Mandatory
• Good communication and coordination skills
