Job Description
The Finance Executive will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.
• Responsibilities:
1. Accounts Payable (AP):
- Process and review vendor invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies.
2. Revenue Accounting and Accounts Receivables:
- Manage the payment gateway settlement reconciliations.
- Ensuring accurate revenue accounting in the books of accounts.
- Reconcile and manage the order level reconciliations.
- Ensuring the correct GL entries and managing books to reflect the accurate AR balance
3. Bank Entries:
- Record and reconcile bank transactions.
- Ensure accuracy in recording deposits, withdrawals, and other bank-related activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
4. Quarterly Financial Statements:
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
- Compile and analyze financial data to support the creation of comprehensive financial reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
5. Compliance:
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
6. Financial Analysis:
- Provide support for financial analysis as required.
- Assist in the preparation of budgetary reports and financial forecasts.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly Payroll reports
• Qualifications:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) Inter qualified.
- Experience: 2-4 years
• Skills:
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in the use of Tally and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
