Program Structure
Our three-year global finance rotation program includes six rotations across different teams, giving you broad functional expertise and a deep understanding of our dynamic, global business.
Year 1: You’ll build a strong foundation in accounting and gain exposure to our global business structure.
Years 2–3: Deepen your expertise or broaden your skills across specialized areas, as you work with two different teams each year.
You will gain deep experience across key functions such as:
Financial Reporting
FP&A
Commercial Finance
Acquisitions and Integrations
Treasury
In every rotation, you’ll contribute to either our Half Year or Full Year results, playing a part in the reporting cycle of the largest listed technology company on the ASX.
You’ll be supported by finance leaders throughout the program, who bring deep expertise from global accounting firms and diverse industries.
Through this structured development, you’ll build the knowledge, experience, and confidence to shape your long-term career. After completing the program, you’ll join a permanent team with a comprehensive understanding of how our finance teams drive performance and support strategic growth.
Professional Accreditation
As part of the program, you’ll have the opportunity to pursue either a Chartered Accountant (CA) or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.
We’ll cover the cost of your studies and provide structured support every step of the way, from exam preparation and study leave (two days per subject), to mentoring from experienced professionals across our global teams.
Through the rotation program, you will meet the practical experience assessment component, emerging as a well-rounded finance professional.
Who Can Apply?
We welcome applications from recent graduates with a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or Economics, as well as those from other disciplines with introductory accounting units.
