Requirements and Qualifications
• Qualified CA professional
• Minimum of 4-7 years of experience post qualification
• Work comfortably in a fast-paced, challenge-driven environment
• Have excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven strategic planning experience at the management level
• Demonstrated creative and critical thinking skills
Duties and Responsibilities
• Implementing financial and related strategies that help the company in achieving its own targeted growth rate.
• Oversee the performance of the finance team, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for those to be met.
• Coordination with multiple teams for the purpose of project billing.
• Ensuring compliance with all statutory laws like GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.
• Preparation and presentation of MIS Reports.
• Managing banking relationships
• Liaising with investors and assisting with due diligence during fundraising.
• Initiatives to strategically reduce costs and improve cash flow DNC
• Manage the cash flows of the company by constantly monitoring inventory, accounts receivable, and payables
