Finance Manager

# What we're looking for We are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to keep up-to-date account records and oversee smooth transactions with clients. The candidate will have great communications skills and a strong quantitative background, along with a proven track record of successfully handling accounts. The ideal candidate should be a team player and have knowledge of accounting functions. We also value those who are ready to learn and adapt with a fast-paced work environment. Work experience in the our industry is not required but preferred. # Responsibilities - Prepare project wise budgets on a monthly basis - Generate financial reports for review of regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders - Administer all accounts and budgets for various departments - Preparation of CMA data for banks - Preparation of financial statements of the group based on discussion with accounts team - Assist in securing funding in the projects - Coordinate with chief financial officer and evaluate all fiscal policies and recommend improvements for programs. # Qualifications - Chartered Accountant or MBA with 1-2 years of experience - Prior experience working with financial accounts - An attitude and commitment to being an active participant in building culture - Strong Client facing and vendor management experience - Proficiency in Excel and Tally - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple & concurrent projects & Initiatives - Ability to work under tight deadlines with short turnarounds in a fast-paced working - Self-motivated and comfortable working with a team or independently
