Profile – Finance Manager
Experience – 5+ Years
Location - Jaipur
The Level of Responsibility
• Program manage initiatives that are driven centrally for cost optimization, technology and process improvements
• Controllership over purchase requisitions to ensure compliance over established e-commerce processes
• Work with general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable and taxes; assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for the improvements
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Monitor financial details to ensure legal compliance.
• Evaluate ROI and expense against budgets for all capex investments, and work towards getting requisite approvals from leadership.
• Strong financial acumen including familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• The Level of Exposure to Senior Leadership Requires
• Absolutely up-to-date knowledge of key competitive events
• Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with other financial systems
• Improves financial status by analyzing results; monitoring variances; identifying trends; recommending actions to accounts Team teams.
• Working experience in e-commerce
• Knowledge about ZOHO finance, Tally ERP.
• Smooth conduct of Internal, statutory and tax audit.
• Accurate financial info and Meaning insights
• Ability to simplify financial processes and reports.
• Evaluating accruals shared by Business and other support functions
• Maintain an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
