We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join Thrillophilia. As the Financial Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy and maintaining the financial health of the organization. You will be responsible for managing books of accounts, financial statements, and compliances.The job requires an organized, detail-oriented individual who can successfully manage tasks, processes, and priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day company accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Oversee cash flow management to ensure optimal utilization of funds
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and tax laws
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
• Identifying areas for cost reduction and implementing plans to improve profitability.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and operation, to understand and manage the financial impact of their activities on the company.
Desired Skills:
• CA/CA Inter with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proven experience as a Financial Manager or similar role
• Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Proficient in using financial management software and tools
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
