Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Pune, India
Job Description:
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our Pune office (designation will be dependent of level of experience of the candidate). The ideal candidate will have 7 to 12 years of experience in accountancy, taxation, and financial management. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management and Reporting:
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
Prepare budgets and forecasts for the financial year, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Analyze accounting data to support business decision-making and provide actionable insights.
Manage account receivables and payables, ensuring timely collection and payment processing.
Monitor and manage day-to-day cash and bank transactions.
Prepare and manage outstanding debtor lists and conduct follow-ups for payment recovery.
2. Taxation and Compliance:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GST and manage the preparation of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
Ensure proper handling of TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and TCS (Tax Collected at Source) compliance.
Prepare for and manage any tax audits and assessments.
3. SAP and Financial Systems Management:
Utilize SAP FICO to manage financial transactions and streamline processes.
Oversee the handling of purchases, cash payment vouchers.
4. Payroll and Personnel Management:
Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment.
Handle related compliance and reporting for payroll taxes and benefits.
5. Inventory and Logistics Management:
Supervise e-invoicing, e-way bill preparation.
Oversee inventory management and reconciliation of physical stock with accounting records.
6. Banking and Reconciliation:
Conduct bank reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy and alignment of bank statements with company records.
Provide monthly and quarterly MIS (Management Information System) reports.
Key Qualifications:
Educational Qualification: B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance/CA (Chartered Accountant)
Experience: 7 to 12 years of experience in accountancy, taxation, and financial management.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency in SAP FICO.
In-depth knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and related financial regulations.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analysis.
Experience in managing financial transactions, payroll, and inventory management.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
