Job Position: Finance Manager
Qualification: CA - Chartered Accountant (only)
Experience: 8 to 15 Years (Min. 5 years in Service Industry and Exports Services preferred)
Location: Pune - Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage quarterly, annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization’s needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts.
Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
Prepare and maintain cash flow analysis as needed.
Analyze monthly financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows) and effectively convey analysis to staff as requested.
Manage and control year-end books for audit.
Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
Ensure relationship management with different stake holders like investors, financers, partners, Vendors, Banks etc for financial backup when required.
Strategize fund procurement through banks and other financial institutions.
Evaluate and decide on investments and procurements of assets/ systems.
Respond to inquiries from staff regarding budgets, deposits, disbursement and grant reporting requests.
Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule.
Provide financial insight and analysis to drive the business performance of the organization.
Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.
Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information.
Perform end-to-end transfer pricing documentation and compliance process.
Improve and develop transfer pricing analysis, in line with the Company’s transfer pricing policies.
Support implementation & update of transfer pricing policies.
Oversee, plan, and execute information gathering across all areas of transfer pricing, working with colleagues in tax, finance and other relevant functions.
Tax Risk Management (TRM) process support.
Manage end to end financial operations of Billing, Accounts Receivable and Revenue Recognition.
