We are among the fastest-growing brands in India. We believe in high-quality products made using best-in-class ingredients at our own manufacturing facility. We are currently in the expansion phase. We have started with Skincare and recently launched haircare completing an assortment of about 50+ SKUs. Focusing on being omnipresent, we are increasing our penetration and strengthening our MT & GT channels.
Parallelly, we have expanded our base in SE-Asia, US, UK and GCC & other geographies.
Responsibilities:
• Advances review on regular intervals and coordination with all departments for closure.
• Understanding the agreements with suppliers and preparation of master database which will facilitate the invoice processing.
• Monthly preparation of Trade Payable ageing- RCA of any deviations and closure of all the actionable as discussed with management.
• GL scrutiny at regular intervals and ensure the accurate accounting and booking.
• Assist in the monthly MIS preparation and deriving analytics.
• Ensuring monthly reconciliation of the invoices with GSTR 2A.
• Coordination with external auditors during internal audits and submission of management responses.
• Assisting in completion of the statutory audit and preparation of financials.
• Identifying areas of cost reduction and implementing plans to improve profitability.
• Approval of the purchase orders (ensuring proper GL codes and Cost Centres are used).
• Help management in setting up the policies and procedures for the AP process.
• Preparation of reports for management as and when needed with detailed commentary and analysis.
• Maintaining MSME database and ensure compliances and reporting.
Eligibility:
• Educational Background: Chartered Accountant (Batch 2026-2026)
• 2-3 years of experience working in Accounts Payable and MIS
• Excellent experience with accounting software SAP
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience of working with large amounts of data
• Strong analytical and presentational skills
• Confidentiality and responsibility
