Position Title – Manager Finance & Accounts
Experience 6- 8 years of experience
Job Description
▪Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information.
▪ Assist in the preparation of the company's monthly and annual financial statements
▪ Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and assess any changes necessary.
▪ Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate and timely MIS & financial reports or statements.
▪ Prepare detailed annual financial budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
▪ Conduct variance analysis against budgets/forecasts and report significant issues to management.
▪ Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
▪ Responsible for executing key accounting procedures, to ensure accurate financial records and compliance.
▪ Any additional tasks as may be required from time to time by management.
Specifically looking candidates having SAP Knowledge
Qualification -
If CA - 5-7 years
If CA Inter/ICWA - 8-10 years
