This position will lead a team of qualified and trained accounting professionals to execute & control site finance and accounting activities, support management team with accurate & timely information and maintain good relationship with Chinese government.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead, train and manager a team of qualified and trained accounting professionals to executive and control site finance and accounting activities.
2. Maintain integrity of accounting records and transactions in accordance to International Accounting Principles, India local statutory requirements and Hi-P corporate policies.
3. Handle local tax, foreign exchange, statutory audit, business regulations with compliance of India laws & regulations and minimize Hi-P statutory exposure in India
4. Support management team with accurate and timely financial and accounting information for decision making.
5. Analyze financial information to reflect operational performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in similar position
• Good communication and inter- personal skills with the ability to interact with different levels of people
• Hand on experience on SAP or similar computerized accounting software
• Good English & Chinese communication skills, both written and spoken
• Good management skills
• Qualified CPA or AIA
