About The Job And Responsibility
ROLE PURPOSE:
This position is responsible to manage the Legal entity accounting and compliances
Responsibilities:
Legal entity
Approving reconciliations and journal entries
Month end closing, HFM reporting
Preparation of financial statements, Handling Statutory and Tax audit, coordinating with the auditors, preparing the PBC and schedules and adhering to the timelines.
Working with the consultants for various compliance assignments
Working with the Company secretary to facilitate Companies act compliances
Ensuring strong internal controls
Global work
Learning and handling the Bank reconciliation process and Fixed assets accounting

Required Qualifications And Skills
Work Experience: 12+ years work experience or degree based in finance
Industry Experience: BPO industry
Education: B.Com/ M.Com/ M.B.A./ CA
Licensing/Certification : Chartered Accountant-is an advantage
Functional Knowledge: Accounting and Taxation
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of integrated financial software
Language: Fluent English
