Job description, work day and responsibilities

Lead the delivery of business expansion and product system integration projects.
Facilitate discussions and conduct business and data analysis to document requirements.
Partner with the development team to coordinate technical delivery within Agile project lifecycles.
Manage timelines, track action items, and maintain project-related materials.
Communicate status updates to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
Engage, collaborate with, and support users; provide guidance and analysis.
Identify and escalate issues, risks, and dependencies, facilitating communication across teams.
Coordinate working group meetings, set agendas, prepare materials, and document minutes.
Ensure clear ownership of action items.
Lead test and release planning discussions and execution, driving issue identification and resolution.
Actively support process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of key accounting principles.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Prior business analyst and testing experience on projects is advantageous.
Experience with Confluence and Jira for managing technical delivery.
Experience working with SAP General Ledger.
Knowledge of the Foreign Exchange Trade Out tool and process.
Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
Strong collaborative skills in a team environment.
Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
