We are seeking experienced Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with extensive expertise in the field of Finance and Fintech domain. The ideal candidates will possess deep knowledge of the financial technology industry, a passion for creating engaging learning materials, and experience with teaching and developing curriculum for an online delivery format.
Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise on various fintech topics, related to Fintech Innovation, Investment and Portfolio Management, Corporate Finance, ESG factors in financial industry, Macroeconomics, Leadership, Strategic Financial Management. Collaborate with the respective team at LearningMate and its client to help develop online competency-based courses, assessments etc. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies in the fintech space.
Qualifications
Master's degree in finance, business, computer science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working in the fintech industry. Deep understanding of fintech concepts, technologies, and trends. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
